“It's a great gym, great people run the classes and we appreciate that they participate with Silver Sneakers. The downside is if you don't sign up exactly 48 hours in advance via the Internet, you don't get into a class because the space is too small. If you're not computer savvy or unable to sign up exactly 48 hours in advance, you lose out. ☹️“
