Yes, the equipment is older, but it is built like a tank, exceptionally well-maintained, and works perfectly for anyone trying to put in real work. The sheer volume and variety of equipment they have packed into this space is awesome; you’re never left waiting around or compromising on your workout.

So happy my coach recommended this little gem of a gym (see what I did there 🤪) to me. The 24/7 access is perfect for people like me who like to get started at 4:00 am and the equipment is everything I need to continue to progress on my powerlifting journey. They even have dumbbell over 100# for beasts like my husband to use. Highly recommend!!!
This is my favorite gym. Mt go to place when I’m in town. Come on and get what you need. This is a straight up gauntlet. Everything you need to become a better you as long as you’re willing to put in the work.
