“Today was one of those days where everything that could go wrong seemed to be going wrong… until Phil showed up!

He didn’t just fix the obvious problem—he took the time to figure out why it was happening. He ran a 150-foot snake all the way to the city line, got my kitchen sink draining better than it has since I bought the house, and when the toilet still wasn’t flushing, he refused to give up.

Instead, he discovered the previous toilet had been installed incorrectly and was the wrong size for the space! He went and picked up the correct toilet, installed it properly (and cleaned up) and now everything works beautifully.

On top of that, he was kind, professional, patient, and even chatted with my cat, Rolo, who insisted on supervising the entire job. ??

It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing a job right, and Phil absolutely does. If you’re looking for an honest plumber who takes pride in his work, I can’t recommend him enough.
