I was experiencing a pretty bad clog in my plumbing. My bathtub was backing up with black water whenever I would run my kitchen or bathroom sink. My sister in law found this company that does hydro jetting, and after getting a couple of quotes from other companies, I decided to go with this one. I am very pleased with the service I was given. I had Damien and Dakota working on my property. They were very courteous and professional as they were diagnosing my clog. My house is from the late 60s with a very outdated plumbing system. They jetted and descaled my main drain line, updated my clean out pipe, shower kit, and installed a new toilet. I was very impressed with their efficiency and teamwork. It was a very big project that they completed in 2 days. I feel secure in knowing my plumbing is working again and updated.

I believed I was having an issue with the UV light in my AC unit and placed a non-emergant service call. They got me on the schedule right away and Dylan B. Came out and checked everything throughly and put my mind at ease confirming everything is working properly 😌 🙌 ☺️ I have been a Total Care customer for 10 years now and have always received professional and courteous service from all of their technicians.
