Dr. Mike is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he's also genuinely kind and takes the time to listen. His adjustment was exactly what I needed. I honestly felt like my brain fog disappeared almost immediately, and I left feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and like a completely different person.

What really impressed me was that he didn't just treat me—he educated me. He explained the importance of regular chiropractic care and gave me practical advice on how often we should be getting adjusted to stay healthy and feeling our best. A huge shout-out to Leda at the front desk! She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She communicated everything clearly, got me on the schedule immediately, and made the entire process effortless. She is also very knowledgeable about all of the treatments and services Dr. Mike offers. She took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured, and because of her, I'm seriously considering coming back for some of the additional treatments they provide.

“The massage was a 5!! I got a deep tissue, and I’ve only asked once for someone to go easier, this was the 2nd time. I am still having a reaction to their harsh cleaning products that you can smell as soon as you walk in. It’s a small place so the bleach and ammonia cleaners are in full blast in the air. I most clean with vinegar, Bronner’s, and essential oils at home, so I’m having a major post reaction with congestion after leaving there. Just a heads up for anyone else who is sensitive to harsh cleaning products.“

She focuses on proper form and alignment while still delivering an enjoyable flow. I enjoyed the smaller class size. I felt very welcome there as a visitor. They really have a great community at prana. I sense that regular practice here would unlock new depths in my yoga practice. The classes are hot and challenging but with Schuyler’s gentle encouragement I felt comfortable to try new things. My crow pose already improved in just one week! Highly recommend!“
