I cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly a 10/10. From the moment the session starts, you can feel how intentional and knowledgeable she is — especially with vagus nerve work and calming the nervous system. I leave every appointment feeling grounded, regulated, and lighter in my body. She doesn’t just give a massage, she creates an experience that helps your whole system reset.
Her husband’s energy work is incredible as well — especially the Access Bars sessions. The combination of bodywork and energy work takes the healing to another level.

I found The Light Awakener when I was stressed, anxious, extremely emotional and felt desperate. Norbert's Awakening sessions have changed my life. I'm calmer, more grounded, relaxed, lighter and happier. He has an amazing gift for guiding you through the sessions using intuition, kindness and support. I have also started having lymphatic massage with Sharee and what a difference in my body! She also is very intuitive, kind and the massage is so gentle.
