Been using Boutwell's for services of our AC unit for 4 years (since we purchased our home). They are always timely, their honest and efficient. Their office staff is amazing. One morning the sweet lady who answered the phone helped walk me through a checklist of generic maintenance to make sure I wasn't missing something on my end and paying for a service call that was unnecessary! We decided with the great pricing option to upgrade our 18 year old AC! Worked with Josh and a great team of installers.Josh did an exceptional job of providing me all the information with no pressure to upgrade our old unit. This company was efficient and professional.

My air conditioner wasn’t working over the weekend. I submitted an inquiry online to have a technician come out. I received an email late Sunday night from Micki advising me to call first thing Monday morning to get a tech out. I did so and he was at my house by 0845. He was professional and quickly located the issue and fixed it. Prices were fair and we now have a cool house again.Service: HVAC system repair

Long story short: A/C frozen, Tech came out held up a machine got two green lights said nothing was wrong our "levels" look good and charged the $85 svc fee. Then told us to change our air filter to a thinner one. 3 days later A/C is frozen again. This tech needs to be retrained!Boutwell's offered to send out a more experienced tech. Mr. Rick came out and found the issue, coming back tomorrow to repair. Thank you Boutwell's!Services: HVAC system repair
