Most importantly, she worked with me to find a fair solution that included the options I was most concerned about at a reasonable price. After the frustration I had experienced elsewhere, her patience, professionalism, and willingness to actually help made my day.
She represented Warby Parker exceptionally well. This is what customer service should be—listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and working toward a solution rather than simply trying to make the most expensive sale.

“Dr. Todd Erickson and his staff were exceptional. (I had a negative experience the last time I had a checkup & got glasses.) I'm looking forward to my next visit in a year (glaucoma in my family so monitor yearly). My new glasses should arrive in 2 weeks. Also, they asked me if I wanted to use my old frames, which I did. Other offices always told me they couldn't did it and I had to buy new frames. I trust this group and am so thankful I found them. HIGHLY recommend.”
