“Last year, in May 2024, I went to Visual Eyes at Delray Marketplace after scratching my cornea and not realizing what was wrong. I was in a lot of pain when I walked in, and the office manager immediately recognized it and got me in to see the doctor right away. Everyone was compassionate and helpful, and Dr. Thuymi Nguyen was incredibly kind and thorough during my exam. She made sure I understood everything, gave me medication and a prescription, and scheduled a follow up appointment before I left.

After that experience, I decided to make Visual Eyes my regular place for eye exams and contacts. They are always professional, prompt, and easy to deal with. They answer the phone, actually call back when they say they will, and I never have to sit and wait for more than a few minutes for my eye exam. The eye technicians are kind too!

Dr. Nguyen never makes me feel rushed when fitting me for contacts and takes the time to find what works best for me. She is generous with samples and genuinely cares about her patients.

“I have to give five stars because the doctor here came extremely highly recommended from another top clinic who were unable to do my surgery due to their insurance parameters. However I was disappointed that the cost of their surgery was approximately $2500 more than other doctors. That could be because they are better at what they do. I am paying out of pocket and so going to find a different doctor, However I really wish that their prices were lower because I thought the doctor seemed very good, great bedside manner, they just were definitely tuned in to me and what I needed and I really liked them...but moving on.“
