So far, it’s been a great experience. The doctor was very attentive and very thorough. The gentleman who helped me with my glasses, Jose, was very knowledgeable and very professional. He did a great job and he’s excellent customer service now we’ll see how good a job they did when I pick up my glasses but so far I’m very pleased.
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this office. From start to finish, everyone was incredible, but I especially want to thank Dr. Goberville], who was truly amazing. The doctor was so caring, taking time to work with me patiently and thoughtfully, never rushing, and making sure I got exactly what I needed for a perfect fit. The assistant Dora provided valuable information regarding my glasses as well as my contacts. Dora gave me choices to choose from using my insurance coverage.
