Ordered glasses for my son, they used my benefits, I never received the glasses! I made several calls left messages no returned calls but when I called another location they got through and was told it was Fed ex to me on 11/24, here we are December 21 still nothing and office is closed! Disgusting!Update: I received a call from a manager name Angel and he made sure everything was taken cared of. He apologized for the previous issues and kept constant contact with me until I received the glasses for my son that was never previously received. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Clark's optometrist service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and warmth. Dr. Clark's attentiveness was evident as she took incredibly good care of not just me, but also my six-year-old daughter, who has Autism, and even my husband.Her patience and understanding while examining my daughter were truly remarkable. The customer service here is top notch! John went above and beyond to take care of my brother and I! I felt like John was a good friend, he was so friendly, kind, and caring. He deserves a raise. This is my favorite eye dr.
