Shepard Optical
“Thank God this place exists!!! The Bushing on my silhouettes broke and I went to 10 places before I was referred to Shepard Optical. I was an hour away from home and when this issue with my lenses happened, my blood pressure went up and I went into panic mode. Every place I went to told me they have to send it off to the lab for 2 weeks before I get my glasses back!!! No way I could stay without my glasses for 2 weeks plus away from home. I prayed for help and thanks to the gift, talent and the wonderful customer service from Tom and Val, Tom was able to repair my glasses on the spot with in minutes. This is a dying trade and it is so sad that not many people are willing to learn this trade and help people like myself in an emergency. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tom for doing what you do and saving me from the headache of losing my glasses. You are a blessing to this community. I hope someone continues your line of work as I am sure there are thousands of people that face this kind of issue with their lens, and without people like you, we would suffer.”
Jupiter Eye Care
“The doctor and staff (especially Emma Rivera) are incredible. Emma consistently goes the extra mile to answer questions and assist with any orders I need to make. The overall experience in the office is attentive, kind, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend Jupiter Eye Care.”
