“Dr. Filion and his staff are exceptional. So are both Dr. Marinos. Very professional and honest opinion given to me as a second opinion from some work another dentist did. I got my first crown, which was crazy for me because I’m only 30 and I was super nervous about it, but they talked to me through the whole thing and explained why it was needed and why just putting another filling on it would not work. They made sure that I was numb the entire time and did the other work that needs to be done on that quadrant of my mouth. I’ve been going to Dr. Filion for three years now since this happened and have never waited longer than 20 minutes and have never needed to come in for an adjustment or experienced any pain besides a headache.
Not only is the dental work superior and very serious and very well informed, but the environment is very nice. Genela and Hunter at the front desk are warm, friendly, capable, and professional. They both seem to always know what’s going on with everything and don’t ever need to look things up or figure things out or get some type of oversight like they do in other medical offices. The check-in and checkout process is seamless and efficient. They also provide estimates so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay. Stacey is also wonderful and the temporary crown she made me lasted almost a whole month (the permanent was ready within 14 days, but I was not able to get to the office sooner).
I should also mention that I live four hours away from this office and every time I need something done I commute there because the work is just exceptional. This is not the cheapest dental office you will find, but it is the best dentist in Florida. You get what you pay for.“
