“I, like most of the people I know, do not enjoy going to the dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted with bone grafting for an implant placement down the road. I decided to just use novocaine for the procedure, but was very close to requesting to be put out completely. My anxiety was through the roof but the staff and Dr. Alexander were so pleasant and reassuring during the entire process. They made me comfortable with a blanket and headphones to keep my mind and body calm. They explained the entire procedure before the process started and stated at anytime I felt uncomfortable or needed a brake to let them know. They listened and fulfilled my requests throughout the experience. Dr. Alexander reassured me that he had done this many times before and that it would be a straightforward procedure. His bedside manner was caring, gentle and confident. Before and after the procedure he answered all my questions and gave me post procedure instructions that were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone that suffers from extreme anxiety when sitting in a dental chair. “I had an appointment with Dr. Michael Golovin at Gulf Shore Dentistry today to have two crowns done, and it was by far the best dental experience I’ve had in my 70+ years.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and informative. The office is very high-tech, using a digital scanner to capture all the information and images needed before the procedure even began.
The numbing process was exceptional—the best I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel any pain or even the usual sting from the injections. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and completely pain-free.
The best part was that there were no temporary crowns. Dr. Golovin’s office designs and makes the permanent crowns right there while you wait. Just bring a book or something to pass the time. When my crowns were ready, they fit perfectly with no adjustments needed. They were simply cemented in place, and I was good to go.
My total time in the office was just under three hours from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Golovin and his entire team to anyone needing dental work.“

“This was my first visit with Dr Beach. Although not a fan of dentists, I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and Tiffany is very pleasant. Nellie did the most complete set of modern xrays I have ever had after years of dental work. She was very calming to this nervous patient. Check out was efficient and costs are reasonable. Dr Beach was attentive and very, very thorough. Not sure of everything he was measuring but he had me biting and grinding in both directions. He was professional, friendly and calming. Dr Beach presented me with several options for dental care which he explained thoroughly then answered my questions fully.
I will definitely return to this office and begin my dental regime with Dr Beach, his friendly staff and modern equipment.“
