“I spent quite awhile at the dentist yesterday. Not everyone’s favorite thing to do but I’m very used to it unfortunately. I did not get lucky with my teeth but it is what it is. Dr Hernandez was great and made my visit as pleasurable as possible. I have to give a big shout out to her assistant Annie! What a sweet and caring person she is! We had great discussions about vacationing and cruising. She was truly a pleasure to get to know and is an asset to Northwood Dental!“

I was always leery of dental work since I was a kid due to a very bad experience with an unqualified dentist. I’ve had 2 major heart attacks and after my visit was impressed with his knowledge and ability to put me at ease. He removed an infected molar in record time with no pain or after effects. And he called that evening to ck up on me. That’s the definition of caring and competence.
In addition his staff is top notch. Never thought I would say I had a good dental experience but I’m saying it now.“

“Appointment was my first at this dentist. All was done under my new insurance for this year which included my x-rays, meeting dentist and review of x-rays plus recommended dental plan. My teeth were also cleaned and I rate them a total 5. The office lady at the front informed me of charges both covered and those which can be paid directly by me this year. Luckily I have no urgent situation.“
