“Recently, a filling fell out, so I made an appointment with Dr. Mai Dentistry and saw Dr. Fares, thinking I just needed a simple filling.
From the moment I walked in, this office felt different. It didn’t have that typical “dentist office” smell, and I couldn’t hear drilling noises that usually make my anxiety worse. The staff was welcoming and calming right away.
After a very thorough examination, I found out the tooth was actually cracked and needed a crown. Even worse, they discovered a large cavity under an old crown on one of my bottom premolars. Dr. Fares referred me to have it evaluated for a root canal, but unfortunately the tooth could not be saved and needed to be extracted.
For someone with a huge dental phobia, this was honestly a nightmare situation. Thankfully, Dr. Fares and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. They reassured me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed.
To my surprise, while having a tooth pulled is never going to be fun, it was actually a great experience considering the circumstances. I still have more dental work to be done, but my fear already feels much more manageable because I know I’m in such good hands.
I highly recommend Dr. Fares and everyone at Dr. Mai Dentistry, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.“

I originally wrote my review for Dr. Lewis after my first visit, and after regularly seeing Dr. Lewis and his amazing team since then, I feel like I need to update it again.

I’ve had quite a few things done over the past 4 years, and every experience has only made me more confident that I found the right dentist. But today deserves its own special mention…

In just 4 hours, I had my cleaning, two root canals AND two brand-new crowns put on — all in one visit!

And the craziest part? I almost fell asleep during my cleaning… and even during my root canals!

Anyone who knows me knows how terrified of dentists I used to be. I would need multiple injections just because I was so afraid of pain. Now I’m sitting through TWO root canals and practically falling asleep. I honestly never thought I’d say that!

Another thing I really appreciate about Dr. Lewis is that he doesn’t just rely on what he learned years ago. His office has some of the newest, best technology and equipment available, and he continues to attend conferences and stay up to date with the newest and best advances in dentistry. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and the best way possible.

And then there’s his team… Kind, gentle, professional, patient and genuinely caring.

If you are scared of the dentist, afraid of pain, or have been putting off dental work because of fear — please give Dr. Lewis and his team a chance.

After everything I’ve had done here, I can honestly say that I trust them completely.

Dental staff in the back were knowledgeable and prompt to explain delays (not really any delay) and course of treatment, explained everything more than once without any issue. Dr V is without a doubt an angel! Educated and very personable and open to questions, comments, and did take time to listen. I was anxious but my fears were put to rest at every turn! My tooth has been removed and closed and bone grafted with lol gas! Very very affordable!“
