I have been going to Proactive Health for about a year and they have helped me along my health journey. I am still in the process of getting myself to a better overall healthier version of me. Throughout the process the whole team and staff has been superb. Amber and Kelsey have been amazing. I recently switched to their office for primary health care and Dr. Crossley is very knowledgable and thorough. She is helping me establish a baseline for my health at this point in time. I have taken more labs and testing than I have ever done anywhere - I feel like I finally have a clearer picture of where my health is at. I highly recommend this practice.
