My husband and I are traveling and while here in Palm Beach my husband began to feel pain around the left ear and because we are flying home tomorrow we went to see the DR. SIRI gave us True Compassion Urgent Care! Right on SIRI! So thorough the nurse check vitals, asked probing questions to ensure no immediate major health issue. Dr Serna came in and did a more thorough exam and determined his ear canal is red and swollen and prescribed meds. B4 prescribing she looked over his list of current meds and determined what he can take that he shouldn’t have a reaction to. Again I say very very thorough. I have visited True Compassion Urgent Care twice for different medical emergencies. Both time, they exceeded my expectations. Everyone is nice and courteous. PA’s are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for your urgent care needs.

I went off the Google ratings and was surprised that it truly lived up to everything described. Compasskon was there, and I couldn’t thank them enough. They made me feel comfortable, checked on me, and allowed me to stay for my COVID test. They even helped me fill out the paperwork. I was extremely sick, but I left with an experience I’ll never forget.
I wish they had more locations available in Florida. The place was exceptionally clean, and they even called me a few days later to make sure I was feeling okay and to check up on me, which I’ve never had an urgent care do before.
