I came from a huge practice that pushed me through like cattle and tried to sell me everything but their doctors were so friendly and outgoing.
Dr. Hixenbaugh office at lenscrafters got me in and out, no problem. His staff was much more warm and welcoming than last year. Dr. Hixenbaugh is very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone with a good personality, he's not it. He comes off standoffish and condescending. I was raised by a Marine so I'm used to that kind of personality

As always, Dr Mark Plumb is very Professional, knowledgeable & Diligent!!!

Been seeing Dr. Hixenbaugh for many years. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I trust him and recommend him without reservation. The office staff are also excellent. Always prompt, professional, courteous and caring. I wish more professional offices were run this well.
