I came into the program with extra weight, brain fog, low energy, and not sleeping well. I felt like CRAP! After completing my program I'm feeling better than I have in a long time! I have lost weight, my brain feels clearer, energy level is much better and I'm sleeping better too! I learned so much about nutrition and how to fuel my body properly.
