The experience is worth every $! Over the past three months I have gained knowledge and habits that will last me forever! The journey is more than looking at diet although nutrition is certainly a key part of the program. I found the focus on mindset and meditation so beneficial....and I will always be grateful for the work and care of/from the ladies at Sunshine Wellness! Try it-I think that you will be amazed at where the journey takes you!

Betsy and Stacy have created an amazing program with Metabolism Mojo! First of all, it’s so enjoyable to be coached by Betsy, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and best of all, positive and FUN! And Stacy was able to create the perfect exercise practice for me, tailored exactly for my needs! I learned how to have a healthy mindset, wonderful menu plan, how to feel better in my body, and more! I initially joined the course for weight loss, and while I did lose weight, the benefits of the program gave me so much more than I imagined!
