“My 8 month old had some sort of respiratory illness and was dealing with a lingering cough. I took her in to make sure her lungs sounded clear and that there weren’t any other concerns. The nurse practitioner was very informative and reassuring. My little one’s ears were a bit inflamed, but the NP gave me signs to look out for and methods to manage at home rather than jumping straight to antibiotics, which I appreciated. The staff was so friendly and I barely had to wait, even on a Saturday. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! Would definitely come here again!“

“Two times in one week has to be a record. The first time was awesome. Front desk staff was quick, Dr was thorough, and sent me on my way. The second visit, the front desk staff was trying but it was frustrating. They forgot to check me in, and I waited much longer than I should have. They were struggling how to bill my insurance and at one point told me to self pay. Eventually they got my copay correct, but made me nervous. However, the PAs and the Dr on staff were all super great. They took stitches out for me, and were very gentle and helpful. Overall, I’d go back, but beware, the front desk staff is in training, and some of them care but some of them do not.“
