First Choice Urgent Care

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This urgent care was a life saver in the past year. From a bout with COVID for which my primary care wanted nothing to do with me, and a variety of medical issues that needed attention, they were there for me. Everyone was kind, I never had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen, and although the NP or physician was different each time, they were thorough and timely in calling in medications, and helping me fill out travel insurance forms. My battle with long COVID was made a little better by having access to this clinic so close to home. A great alternative to having a primary care physician that can't see you when you are sick.

The couple of times I have been there for me and family they have been fantastic. The doctors are very caring. The front office follows up with the patient to see if everything is well after the visit. Is close by the house and our first choice for medical care.

I had a terrible sore throat come on Friday in the middle of the night. By Sunday afternoon, it was even worse. Dreading the week to come, I needed care BEFORE Monday. I went here on the recommendation of my mother who lives near by. I’m happy that I did! Walked right in. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse was relatable and kind. And the doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions. They took my United Healthcare insurance and had me on my way to the pharmacy in under an hour. They have two locations as well. East Oviedo, in the Sterling Creek Publix center and near UCF in the Palm Valley Publix center.
