“First experience was amazing a year ago for my CPU fan installation. And then recently a power surge fried my PSU and SSD card (yes, it was plugged into a surge protector, but it must have died due to age and cheap quality). At first I thought it was the motherboard or something else that would be very costly to fix. They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the PSU and SSD which was significantly less expensive of a fix. He was even able to repair same day I brought it in. He walked me through my options and best "bang for the buck." Ultimately, we found the best option was to repair the old one and improve the performance. Once I got my computer back from Dell, he told me the best components to optimize peak performance. He remoted into my desktop and changed settings on the fly, teaching me why. He is amazing!! “Steve was wonderful! We brought our 2015 iMac with a dead hard drive to have it replaced with a new drive that Apple is no longer able to replace. He was able to replace it and before using our backup exterior drives, he scanned them and repaired some issues.
