When I walked inside the shop, I said, "good afternoon. I wonder if..."The person in charge told me no... I hadn't even shown him the item or finished asking my question yet.I said, "no... you don't fix older model computers? I'm not worried about cost."He then said, oh wait let me see it first.Of course I didn't. I left. I was hurt. I wondered why the initial no and the initial look?
