I spoke with Jesus and he was super helpful. Almost spent 159.99 plus tax for geek squad/dell over a charging port yet he diagnosed that it wasnt broken just needed some glue so he fixed my small problem and got me a new charger. which i ended up spending 42.60. Saved a lot of money and got great service. I will for sure come back here with any other problem in the future!! :)

I've been to Orlando Laptop Repair inside International Pawn on Colonial 3 times, and everytime I felt I was treated fairly and was pleased with the work done. I inherited a fairly powerful computer with 2 large hard drives so the longer I can keep it running the better. Better for my wallet and better for the environment. Their service is always fast and pricing reasonable IMO.I recommend them highly.My most recent visit centered around the hinge and plastic housing of my screen. Being older, the part was going to take 6 weeks to come in. Instead they did a great job epoxying it back together. They charged me a VERY reasonable rate for this repair. If you want to have fast and professional attention for your laptop, from the hand of its own owners, this is the place for you. Last night I couldn't sleep trying to solve my Windows startup failure and they fixed it in 5 minutes, literally... The Best...!
