They could’ve been like Best Buy where they could say your laptop died due to a faulty motherboard in order to maximize their profit margins, but the staff at West Orlando Custom Builds told me to buy a new charger for $40 on Amazon and their advice brought my laptop back to life while saving me hundreds of dollars from repair costs. Secondly, they have the proper tools to inspect the hardware inside of your computer and those same tools even remove security screws from the PlayStation 3 launch model.
