“My laptop was barely running and my wife's was starting to have issues. They accessed it remotely to troubleshoot the issue and found my processor was failing. I purchased a new computer and they recovered all of my files and potamized everything. It runs like a champ and my wife's is working better than ever. Wonderful guy and very diligent. Thank you a million”

“I am very thankful that Moe from Smartware Computer Service was able to restore my work computer from BitLocker lock out. He was very patience in helping me figure out what email I used to setup my Microsoft account. If he was unable to restore it I would have lost a lot of important employee data. So thankful my laptop was restored!!!”
