Mathew is the man.He is so professional, expert and decent.He diagnosed my laptop issue, literally in seconds, and fixed it in less than 5 min.I’ve been dealing with this issue for months, and not able to use my laptop most of the time.Thanks Mathew, thanks palm tree.I absolutely recommend them for any computer issues.

I contacted Palm Tree about doing an upgrade on my laptop. This was after talking to other businesses the night before. I chatted with Matthew who was well spoken and informative. Based on the quoted price for the parts, service, and time frame to do the job, I immediately drove to the store.In my particular case, they were able to do the upgrade for me while I waited in less time than expected. Not only was I very pleased but my family has also pleasantly done business with Palm Tree over the years.Support local and not those "Geeks"!
