“Our project led with Polo Floors was quite an ambitious one. Well, it was a remodeling that also included changing the layout, fixtures, removing walls, in short, it was a big project.At first we consulted other companies, some did not understand the magnitude of the project and others simply the budget was somewhat exorbitant.When we met the people at Polo Floors from the beginning they made us feel safe and confident.It was a project full of setbacks, let's remember that being such a large project it involved too many people external to Polo Floor, each with a different vision and full agendas, it took a lot of time, yes, but Ms. Zulma (she is a treasure of an employee, that a successful company dreams of having) together with Mr. Polo made every desired detail achieved. We had 2 hurricanes, medical emergencies for workers, in short, external things that human beings often cannot control. It included a lot of patience from both our parties and Polo Floors to fulfill our wishes.Mr. Polo, thank you for giving and showing your face when we need it most. Thank you for leaving us in the hands of Mrs. Zulma who, in addition to her great professionalism, is full of patience, tenacity, courage without leaving kindness aside. A successful result would not have been possible without all of the above elements.----------------Our project with Polo Floors was quite an ambitious one. “I wanted to update this review because there are new owners of Artistic Cabinets, and they are outstanding. The new owners saw my review from the job that the previous owner did and reached out to me. Luis came out to the house, looked at the problems with the cabinets and offered to repaint the cabinets that had defects. They did this for me, when they were under no obligation to fix things done by Ken, the previous owner. They came out, took the doors and drawer fronts back to their shop, prepped and repainted, and had them back to me within a week. They reinstalled everything this morning and even did touch up work on some panels that couldn't be removed. This is the kind of customer service that is not seen very often these days, and I really appreciate that they made things right for me. After 4 years, I finally have the kitchen I wanted. I want to thank them for reaching out and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.“
