Very professional, and most considerate of customer satisfaction. Mr. Velasco coordinated a work plan for our shower renovation that exactly matched our desires. However, about half way through the job we discovered that, due to circumstances outside of our control, some elements of the job could not be done. Mr Velasco personally visited our home and coordinated a new proposal changing the price to reflect the amended work, and the result is completely satisfactory. Well done!
