Johannes Pienaar was a knowledgeable flooring consultant for Empire. Our house was very large with multiple surfaces to consider. The expansive nature of the project created a need to consider combinations of multiple products as well as combinations of rooms to address at different price points.
During the 4 1/2 hours he spent with us he did not pressure us into choosing a particular material or area to cover. His responses were thoughtful and considered our needs and desires.
