Jose was recommended by a happy mutual acquaintance and from my first phone call he was helpful and professional and always reachable. I had just had my floors done by someone else who really made a mess so I am even more appreciative of the great job All Flooring USA did. Because of my schedule there was a little gap in getting the final touches done but yesterday Milton and an assistant came and finished. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of service. Our new floors look fantastic and it only took the team a day to do our whole downstairs. They were extremely helpful allowing us to take some samples home to test and provided some great recommendations. We had the Mohawk Puretech installed. We had not considered it as an option and I was sceptical initially. After strong recommendations by hector and the team we trusted their judgement and I’m delighted we did. The flooring looks incredible, feels high end, and doesn’t have any grout which we hated trying to maintain.
All Flooring USA & Cabinets did an excellent job replacing the carpet in our three bedrooms with wood laminate flooring. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and it took only about two weeks from my initial contact to completion.
Hector Torres Jr. made everything easy. He was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The installation team was also excellent — professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.
