I reached out to Sage, and instead of making me come in for a consultation, they listened and explained exactly where I could get the herbs that I needed locally and how to prepare them!! They advised to work closely with my TCM friend, and since she can't see me in person to prepare the herbs, if things didn't improve, to come see them. It was such a breath of fresh air for a business to actually care about a client's health and finances, and to advise an approach that didn't involve paying them! It's rare to find providers who are focused on doing what's right for their patients rather than maximizing revenue.
