I was recently going through a difficult time with some deep family related feelings, and she supported me in such a gentle and healing way. She used ear seeds on me and after a bit, I strangely felt soo much lighter, emotionally. Not happy, but calm, light.
More recently, she used ear seeds again to help with the fatigue and body aches I’ve been having from long workdays.
