“When I first visited the practice in November, I had just recently gotten in a car accident at the end of October that exacerbated existing back pain. I walked in to the office in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Rose and his staff have been an integral part in my recovery. Through various techniques and adjustments, Dr Rose was able to take my lower back pain from a constant all day high 7 to a manageable 1-2 intermittent discomfort.I would recommend this practice to literally EVERYONE. “I have been going to Dr Chung for chronic bronchitis and so far Ive had a positive experience with her. Previously I have been to western doctors with no improvements, actually made me worse! I feel a dramatic difference from the very first day I came in and now. Compared to western medicine, Tcm and acupuncture may work slowly but it is gentle on the body; it is a process. She charges 100 for your first visit and 80 for subsequent visits. Her herbal medicine teas is 200 and she brews it for you. Coming from an Asian background myself, I can see why some people, especially westerners may think she is rude. It is very much a cultural misunderstanding and how she may phrase something in her okay English. Her office has a very casual atmosphere like in Asia. And I love how she has people take off their shoes before entering. She reminds me of my grandmother and is very much a character. She is half retired now and works half days and has Wednesday and Sundays off. Saturdays are her busiest days. It is very difficult to find good doctors these days and she may or may not be a good match for you. Good luck on your healing journey:)“
