Dr. Koch at Essential Mind and Body Chiropractic is the real deal. I walked in not really knowing what to expect and left feeling like I’d actually been heard for once. He didn’t just crack my back and send me on my way, he asked about my day to day, my pain, my history, all of it, before he even touched me.

A few visits in and the tightness I’d been dragging around in my neck and lower back for months is basically gone. Guy just knows what he’s doing and he’s got this easy, calm energy that makes you trust him right away. Office is clean, easy to book, no drama.
