“I have always received great service at this store! Recently I visited to repair my Vogue prescription sunglasses. Christene replaced a lost pin on the frame. She also cleaned them and adjusted the fit for me. I very much appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude in this busy store.
I returned two days later for a minor adjustment to the fit. Misha, who has helped me to purchase glasses in the past, was again, very nice in taking the time to make the adjustment. “Great customer service!
I arrived w/ my eye glasses having a bend hinge & my sunglasses were so stretched out, they fell off my head. (Both were purchased out-of-state) . I was expecting to order 2 pair of prescription glasses.
David greeted me & said he wanted to try to fix the hinge. Ten minutes later my glasses were fixed. Then I complained about my sunglasses & asked to look a new frames. David said I had good frames that just needed adjustment. Again within 10 mins my sunglasses fit snuggly on my head.
So instead of ordering/purchasing 2 pair of glasses, I left w/ my original 2 pair of glasses in perfectly good shape, and there was NO CHARGE for the service.
I received 5 Star service & plan on using True Eye in Trinity, FL for all my & my family’s eye care needs!“

“Purchased 2 pair of glasses & after so many months one of my pair the arm fell off. Hinge broken I stopped by the lady said 200. For a new frame. I was a little upset the frame did not hold up decided not to get them fixed going to go elsewhere & purchase a new pair and left but 10 min away & I get a phone call from her to tell me the manager wanted to take care of me and replaced them no charge. She shares my overall health of my eyes and answers any questions that I may have. Dr. Kanicky has been my eye doctor for over 10 years.

He was very knowledgeable about about the eye glasses inventory and thoroughly explained the differences between the progressive lense choices. There were a variety of glasses frames to select from.
