Dr. Knickey and staff are absolutely amazing! First, the front desk staff was so very helpful in coordinating my insurance issues and then the Doctor was so very patient and listened to my vision concerns. I had some medical issues with my eye and now, all good!! Dr. Kinickey was able to address and fix the problem. Its comforting to be in the care of this team! I highly recommend this location because of their expertise and compassion.

I had some frustrations with what was going on with a bill, and he called me himself and was very kind, reassuring and listened to my concerns. Mind you, he called me later Friday afternoon and by Monday morning my issue was resolved. He immediately got on it, and left me a voicemail that it was done. I haven’t been able to call him and thank him because of work but THANK YOU WES!!!! Because of YOU, I stay loyal to this company
I had an appointment today at 8:00am. And I’ve been going to this location for years and today was 100 times better than any appointment I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch her name but the younger lady that did my intake and prep was extremely sweet and made me feel so comfortable with any questions I had. She explained everything she was doing BEFORE she did it and was so knowledgeable it made me feel confident in the service. I then had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kinnicky who is always a delight and has been my doctor for years. She’s direct and sweet and efficient and my favorite to see by far.
