Once his team arrived they quickly excavated and found the best way to solve my problem. Thomas’s work is so clean and thorough that he even corrected some other problems I didn’t know I had. “I would like to share the exceptional service we received from First Quality Plumbing. We have a tankless gas hot water heater that needed serviced, and First Quality Plumbing came recommended by a family member.

When I called their office to schedule an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and, although the service we needed wasn’t of an urgent nature, the young lady on the phone discussed the service with me and gave us an appointment just two days away. The plumber they sent out (Christian) arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He began by explaining what he would be doing to service the unit and how long it would typically take (which I appreciated as I have not had this unit serviced before) He then wasted no time and proceeded to go right to work. As he worked, I really appreciate the fact that he showed such respect for our home and worked in such a clean, efficient manner. Once he was finished, he made sure everything was back exactly as it was when he arrived. When he gave me the invoice for the work, it was for the exact amount I was quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, but Christian asked/made sure it was what I expected none-the-less.

The Manager/dispatch gentleman told me, "If I say our plumber will be there around 16:00 he will be there around 16:00 and he was. The gentleman from A1 Plumbing was great. He did the inspection and told me it passed and there was no problem with it. Their prices for the Backflow/Cross connect Is more than fair and very reasonable. Coupled with their professionalism they saved the day and I have no threat of having my water shut off and I didn't get taken for a financial ride. Thank You Gentlemen.“

“So happy I found them online. The reviews are right. They were wonderful. The gentleman showed up well within the time window. We were given an hour window which was awesome since so many other vendors just say the day and expect you to wait all day long. So that started things off nicely. We had several little things like ptrap cleaning, a drain stopper that didn't work, etc, but our main issue was water pressure. It was so bad, the shower would completely stop if you ran water in a sink. He fixed it so fast. Apparently there was buildup from the hard water. We have only lived here 4 years. Brand New house and it got bad so fast. He fixed it so we could run the shower, turn on the faucet, flush the toilet, and even turn on the tub faucet all at the same time and with great water pressure. Very happy.“
