We used Pure One for 5 years at our prior house and loved the results of the water softener and the convenient and cheap salt service (hard water is a serious problem in central florida). We just moved and brought them back for a new water softener and under sink water filter system. Brian went over all the options and helped us pick the best solutions. Tommy came out the next day and tucked the water softener behind the bushes to comply with association and then came in to install the under sink filter. The standard faucet options didn't match our taste and we asked for some time to research options that matched our Moen faucet. Pure one was completely fine with it...read full review

Bryan is extremely professional and easy to work with. He is so fast to respond to any contact and is flexible with phone or text. I’m very impressed by the flexibility of scheduling and his excellent communication. Christian was also wonderful when he came out to do service and repairs. Very professional and kind. Really great company.
