“I had a new metal galvalume insulated roof system installed, also all new Low E windows, and had all the soffits and Gable siding replaced as well. I can't say enough about National Homecraft, the salespeople, the crews and everyone in-between! Everyone right from the beginning was Very Qualified, knowledgeable, and Professional. The roof system took a couple days to complete, And the crew was fantastic, this was a professional job to say the least- everything is straight and aligned perfectly, the screws are all meticulously positioned in straight lines, it's just amazing that you can still get quality and professional work if you contact the right people!
The windows, they are seamless and look perfect, the old iron crank out windows were hard to remove from the concrete block walls, but the crew worked together and made it look easy. The windows are so nice, I cannot feel the heat here in Florida, on the inside of the glass when the sun is shining through. My bedroom was always a "hot" room but now is just as cool as the rest of the house. And these windows have dropped my electric bill substantially. The window crew also replaced the soffits, and this too looks so nice and also helps to make the attic space breathe.

I can't say enough about this company, at each days end the crew completely cleaned up all trash, tools and equipment and made my property look new again. They were always accommodating, friendly and professional. They got an early start and worked hard all day. “We initially had three different roofing company estimates, but the thing that appealed to me the most about Roofing & Gutter Pros was that they were able to do everything under one contract instead of me having to hire completely different people.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done at our house which included a new roof, new facia and soffit, new gutters and downspouts, AND chimney(s) casing repair and painting. In addition, I have never seen laborers work SO HARD and so diligently in the hot sun for sometimes 12-13 hours/day just to make sure that the job was done right-- and it was a big job, especially being two story!

My first encounter was with Leon Hudson (who is not a salesman, but a foreman) and he was very accommodating for the times to meet with us when we were available, mostly because he lives in Alachua County as opposed to Ocala. He was very clear about what we would get for our purchase (despite repeating that he was not the salesman) and I very much appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile. I also communicated with the new owner/manager Josh York who assured me things would get done properly and I could contact him if I had any more questions.

That being said, initially I felt that there were just a few minor hiccups along the way such as a very confusing email estimate, which I was told due to a new system, and a slight delay because other jobs were being finished before ours could start. But, ultimately I found both Leon and Josh to be pleasant, courteous, and very willing to work with me and eager to make sure I was happy with the job.

Why I took off one star is because as much as I expressed how communication was important to me, I felt at times I had to track one or the other down to follow up, and found myself calling and texting to find out what was taking place when, or to come back after the job was done, to pick up a bit of garbage and debris that was unintentionally left behind.

There was also another issue where one of the workers had his wife and toddler hanging around the work area one day, and I had to call and express my concern about how I felt that was not acceptable. Thankfully that did not happen again.

Still, overall I am so pleased about how it all turned out and I would highly recommend considering Roofing and Gutter Pros for your next roofing job. **Some of my photos show what bad shape our soffit/facia and downspouts were in prior to being replaced.“
