“Charles was terrific! I got an estimate from Charles, and the estimate was not the cheapest, but clearly the best!! I had no follow up leaks, so all roof vents were well done. The crew chief used local workers, and all were polite, respectful and worked very hard. I am happy with the completed job. There are no roof vent leaks, so these were done well. The crew was careful around all gutters, as there are no dents. The stucco paint was light and bright, and there are no blemishes from the roof job. The crew cleaned up the shrubs and yard well. I got the best roofing job in the neighborhood!! I am delighted to recommend Summerfield roofing!!“

“Update to prior review where I had several issues. After an email about some shingles not laying flat and two uncaulked areas by the lanai, they were addressed. The other issue of rows of shingle meeting somewhere in the middle and then a shingle being trimmed to fit could not be addressed without an entire redo of the roof (IMHO). In my opinion, this could have been avoided if someone had spoken English so that I could have explained that practice was unaccepatble to me. I have not heard from them, nor received a reply to my email or a response to my earlier review. I will say that that the entire crew seemed to work hard together and as a team all day long and my roof was removed and installed in a day (about 9 to 10 hours). They even covered our above ground pool with a tarp to keep debris and nails out. Cleanup was extremely good after the job. Now I am left with a roof that lacks the symmetry of 99.9% of most conventional shingled roofs in our area,“
“I've had nothing but great service from Jim. He installed a new roof about 15 years ago. He highly suggested the architectural shingles and I am very glad he did. Many years AFTER the warranty expired, I developed a leak. Like most roof leaks, they are very hard to locate. Mine was that type. By process of elimination, Jim was finally able to locate the leak and fix it once and for all. Much to my chagrin, he never accepted payment for the service calls or the labor to fix it. He said, "If this fixes it, then we'll talk." Who does this?! My roof STILL looks great.“

“I got the recommendation from a trusted friend. Woody, his son and their employees (the ones that would show up- difficult to get decent roofers these days) did a very nice job on our metal roof and were BY FAR the lowest estimate (by more than HALF from the highest that we received!). We were not in a huge hurry as we were still living in another home and getting things done to the interior of this home as well, so the few extra days it took (from another roof we had done) was not a big deal. I actually wish we'd gone with Woody's on our previous home's roofing need. My parents will be using Woody, as well as my grandmother. Highly recommended“
