After talking to several roofing contractors near Williston, Florida, we decided to use Roofing Pros USA. They were not only first class, but made the journey to a new roof productive! After the insurance company refused our claim, we were connected to Payne Law in Orlando (thanks Yari), who went to bat for us. It took some months of patience and the blue tarp over the leaky roof was tiresome, but necessary. We recently settled the insurance claim and Roofing Pros promptly sent out their crew to replace the roof. The roofers were excellent and cleaned up carefully. My experience with Roofing Pros Ocala was terrific. My project Manager, Thommy was excellent. He was professional and encouraging. He mad me feel less stressed and stayed in touch. The crew was very efficient and their supervisor was very professional and courteous. They stayed in touch with me. The crew worked in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves each day and were experienced. I am very proud of my new roof and want all to know that they are a company of which I am proud to have done business with !!
