“During a heavy rain storm we noticed a leak on our 1st floor. It was late in the evening so no one was open, I reached out to friends asking for suggestions. This company was recommended by a friend from church. I called the next am and right from the intake , customer service was outstanding. Professional yet compassionate. She said someone would reach out to me that day and the day after I had Jeremy out doing an inspection. He too was Professional yet compassionate and helpful in my situation. He could sense my stress and spoke to me in the most respectful way, explaining everything. From the initial call ,to the inspection to the repair I had everything fixed within a few days. I truly appreciated the way they worked with my schedule and were senastive to being a veteran family with obstacles. Once we can actually afford a new roof we will be calling back to West Orange Roofing.”
