“Batterbee Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof seven years ago. They are a Platinum Contractor with Owens Corning. I have the Platinum Warranty and the highest rated Architectural shingles. After I replaced my old water heater tank with a tankless water heater, I discovered a leak in the roof where the old water heated was vented. The Batterbee representative came out to inspect the leak, as well as the entire roof. He arrived as scheduled, photographed the roof and reviewed the results with me. He resealed the water tank vent and three solar tubes. The warranty covered the repairs. Once again, Batterbee Roofing was very responsive and provided outstanding customer service. 9/3/26 Once again, Batterbee provided excellent customer service. I called because, during a driving rain storm with high winds, I had a leak in my laundry room where my furnace exhaust pipe is vented through the ceiling and roof. However, during lighter rains with little/no wind, I did not see any leaks.
Batterbee sent a representative to assess the problem. There was no issue with the seal where the furnace was vented through the roof. The design of the furnace vent cap allows water to be blown into the vent during high winds. I was advised to contact my HVAC company if I experience further leaks during heavy rains and high winds. Batterbee waived the cost of the service call since it was not a roofing issue. I repeat: if you’re in need of a reliable, responsive roofing company, call Batterbee.”
