I just bought a 25+ year old house. First, I had them come out and do a roofing inspection, the roof was in worse shape than I had originally thought based on a "general" home inspector's opinion. After I had moved in I had them come out and do the necessary repairs. The team was very professional and finished things in a timely manner. The owner was there overseeing the whole operation. The whole job was done in a day, (shingle repairs, flashing repairs, sealing repairs). I couldn't be more happier, I was assured that I added a few years to this beaten up roof.
