“After submitting an online request for an appointment that was not acknowledged, I called the office and was able to speak with someone to schedule my appointment. The young man that took my information was very professional and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted and the intake process began; it was painless and expeditious. The assistant/Tech that I had was absolutely wonderful; she communicated, was very courteous, accommodating and professional.
“Dr. GiGi” was also top notch. She explained everything, gave me a thorough eye exam and gave me a chance to ask questions.
I did however have two “negative” things occur- I was quoted more than $1,000 for one pair of non-designer frames with the necessary prescription lenses! I was given my script but it was definitely missing measurements-which isn’t really helpful.
(Especially as a self pay patient).“

The day of my exam happened to be my birthday. The optometrist actually pulled out a guitar and they whole office serenaded me. They're so wonderful and treat you like an old friend. A thorough eye exam and test will be conducted. A highly qualified Doctor like Dr. Castello will look at your eyes ? and correct any vision defects, as needed. After the exam, you be placed in the very capable hands of Penny or Mitch to select your new frames, lenses or contact lenses. You will never look better in the hot ? new frames that you select. “If you want a PROFESSIONAL optometrist, schedule an appointment with Dr. Anderson. It was obvious to me, from my first appointment, that Dr. Anderson is skilled and experienced. He explains everything patiently and thoroughly. I also found him quite personable. Each staff member, from scheduling, intake, and eye technicians to the doctor - treat you with the very best care. Don't let the negative reviews sway you. Dr. Anderson knows what he is doing and he is really good (great) at it. Be respectful and thankful that he offers his service to our community.“

“I have to stand corrected after we seen the Doctor today she was so nice an she found the main problem with my Downs syndrome sons eye that no other Doctor had ever mentioned serious problem that can grow worse with age so I judged to soon Thank you.“

I prefer to come when she is working just so I know I will get excellent customer service. She definitely is a rock star employee at this location! We hope she never leaves.

Updated Nov. 2025 to add: my whole family has now been to this location dozens of times. Victoria still works at this location and even though my son has a very high prescription, somehow she always manages to find the perfect frames for him. We also adore Dr. Chai, she takes her time and listens and make sure that she gets your prescription right. The two of them are the reason that we have remained customers of this exact location for so many years“
