Michael answered every question we had about the installation process, and when something was outside their scope, he made sure to check directly with Adrian, the flooring crew lead, to give us accurate information.

I was able to observe the flooring crew working and was truly impressed by how quick, methodical, and professional they were.

Their team works like a proper machine. They were willing to accommodate our schedule, and both Adrian and Michael have come by personally a couple of days after completion to ensure we were satisfied with the results and to correct any issues that might have come up.
