I called Andres to refinish a maple floor at a client's apartment. He went to see the place promptly and gave me a quote. I hired him and without even asking for a deposit his staff promptly provided the required documentation and followed up with application for the job with the condominium. They sanded the floor and he provided a few samples for the new color the floor would be stained with. He was very patient and after the first coat advised he would do another to make the place look better.
