jackson and lynn are amazing! came in to get my nail repaired and jackson took care of me and informed me that dip was better for my nails because they were so thin. he didn't charge me and made sure i was happy. i'll definitely be back!!

I’ve always loved Venetian Nail Spa. The owner here is wonderful and the staff is friendly, but some details are missing: no welcome drinks are offered (even though they’re available), sometimes there’s no music or it’s too low, and pricing isn’t always clear.
For example, I asked Alexandra how much my total was so I could leave the right tip. She told me she didn’t know, but she’s actually the one who gives the total to the receptionist. On several occasions she’s also charged me $5 for cutting my cuticles without asking first. I understand there may be a charge, but clients should always be informed before any extra service. In my case, I don’t like having cuticles cut because they grow back worse, and I even had to fix them myself at home. Transparency is key, especially when we spend 2–3 hours with the same person — good communication and service make all the difference.
I truly love this franchise, and small improvements like offering drinks, keeping the relaxing music, and being upfront about add-ons would make this location just as amazing as the others. I’ll be happy to update to 5 stars once these details are addressed.

Even with the consultation, she made sure to ask me about exactly what I wanted and explained how everything was going to go. I felt comfortable the entire time and I could tell she made it her priority to be intentional in that way. I am extremely satisfied with my lashes and will be going again! Side note: Throughout the session my stomach was grumblinggg. Completely embarrassing me lol. But she was so kind and even offered me her own food just so I could have it to eat. This was a 10 out of 5 stars experience. It’s difficult to completely put into words what people and how they make you feel can change an experience for you but I will try!! Bhavii Brides was by far the best decision I made for myself, my bridal party and my wedding weekend.
First of all: the henna services! Jade is AMAZING at what she does, a true artist that not only knocked my husband and I’s henna out of the park but then came to my pre-wedding event with a second team member and absolutely spoiled my guests at the henna station.
Second: Preya. Literally became my best friend almost immediately. My wedding weekend was amazing but also stressful - getting the bridal concierge package with Preya was a GAMECHANGER. Do it. I felt like a princess on my big day. I was also emotional throughout the day and it was such a relief to turn around and know Preya was there ready to give me the touch up I needed. She has such a comforting, calm presence. She cheered me on, gave me advice and made sure I didn’t leave my makeup chair until I was completely satisfied with how I looked (I was so comfortable with her I went back to her 10 minutes after my makeup was done in the morning and asked if we could completely change the lip color).
Third: Draping. This is a must for Indian weddings. It would have been so chaotic trying to get everyone ready without this amazing service! My bridesmaids and mother looked perfect!
Fourth: the team! With Preya and Jade’s amazing leadership the team all have the same lovely demeanor: they sat each member of the bridal party down, really listened to what they wanted and what worked best with their skin, hair type etc. I was most nervous about my mother - she isn’t someone that typically likes to get her makeup or hair done but the team member that worked with her was so sweet with her and really made her feel beautiful - she was beaming.
Thank God I went with Bhavii Brides for my wedding weekend!!! Preya and Jade are an amazing wedding dream team that truly brought my wedding to the next level.
I went to Alex Chiong for my first tattoo. I brought an idea in, and Marco turned it into a masterpiece. The guy is a genius. I live in Utah, so we are far away. This week we went on a cruise and booked a hotel to stay in Miami for an extra day to do another session a year and a half after my first one. Spend all day in the chair and he was even more amazing this time!!! This guy never disappoints! It's hard to find good service in Miami but Eddie & Emir went above and beyond to fix my problem. Long story short, 2 trips and 2 garbage disposals later (all my fault), the job was done SAME DAY. They will be my go-to plumbers for myself and referral to all my clients.

Overall 5/5 great experience! I made an appt for my daughter for her first dentist visit. Honestly there's nothing I can complain about. We walked in and were immediately taken in by the dental hygienist. She guided us on how to hold our daughter who was crying and fussing a bit. Then Dr. Jen walked in with a big smile. She sang with us to calm my daughter during her examination. DR. Jen was thorough and detailed in recommendations and advice. We were in and out of the office in less than 45mins. I'm so happy I found this office and my daughter's official dentist.

My favorite workout space of all time! The instructors are professional and inspiring, the classes are fun and effective. In addition to the staff, the people that attend classes are cheerful and friendly, with smiles and compliments all around. I highly recommend this neighborhood workout center for a lift in your outlook and a spring in your step!

The place is nice, clean, they have very skilled workers who know how to work every single muscle and do amazing job with deep tissue massage. Massage is $80/1h and ends with hot stones. I’m surprised this place isn’t more busy.
