My personal experience was very good; the way I was treated by everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The place just needs a few pictures on the walls and some decoration so it doesn't look so cold.
I made my appointment via online and confirmed that my appointment was at this location when I arrived at the location. Customer service was great. They didn’t find my information in the system, but they was able to get me in to do the procedure that I needed to be done. Great location. I would recommend anyone to go to that location.
The front desk clerk was very very helpful. It’s a black lady, I don’t know her name . She had me taken care of an appointment I have coming up . Instead of coming twice she fit me in.
